As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be the domain expert leading our AI strategy, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient AI systems. You will work closely with a highly skilled team of ML specialists, DevOps engineers, and software developers, shaping the future of our AI-driven security solutions.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy deep learning and computer vision algorithms
• Develop and optimize ML pipelines, ensuring efficient data handling, model training, and deployment
• Manage the entire ML codebase across development, staging, and production
• Oversee the ML lifecycle, including model monitoring, data drift detection, and model retraining
• Lead the research and development efforts of new algorithms and techniques for model optimizations, synthetic data generation and more
• Contribute to data management, ensuring data quality and availability for model training and evaluation

Qualifications

You Bring

• More than 3 years of experience in AI system design, implementation, and scaling
• Expertise in MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, and automation in production (we use AWS)
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in PyTorch, ClearML, and Poetry (or similar tools)
• In-depth understanding of neural networks for image recognition and experience in computer vision
• A track record of successfully implementing and managing end-to-end ML pipelines, from data collection to model inference
